This 49m2 studio apartment is a little gem found on the first floor of the climate house. It has been furnished with the original, early twentieth century furnishings – here tradition and modernity coexist in perfect harmony.
The living area is divided from the sleeping area by a wardrobe and a folding screen, allowing a little room to be created within the studio
Suitable for accommodating up to four people, it has a double bed that can be divided into two single beds, and a sofa bed.

What’s more, there is a deck chair, beach umbrellas, loungers and a table under the Fragolino grape trellis in the garden.
The minimum stay is three nights even if we can be flexible.
New linen, towels and beach towels are provided once a week. Free laundry service and Wi-Fi connection, private car park, internet point, touristic information, a welcome pack (food staples), outside deckchairs and tables, toiletries, a daily lift to and from the station are provided.
We charge 20 euro per person a week for the initial and final maid-service (children under 10 years do not pay), electricity gas and water and in winter 7 euro a day for the heating. The touristic tax, 1 euro per person per day (children under 10 do not pay) is not included in the price.
